+ Communication with the hosts was good – they responded quickly to messages via WhatsApp. When an issue arose with the first apartment, they promptly offered an alternative, so the situation was resolved smoothly. The beds were comfortable enough, and the towels were new, although they could be of slightly better quality. The pillows were quite firm – for some this was an advantage, for others less comfortable. It was quiet at night, and parking the car was easy and convenient. Cleanliness was good, but the apartment itself is somewhat worn, which made it feel less cozy. The kitchen could use more dishes and glasses. - The only bigger disappointment was that the listing photos created a different impression. The visible pool is not right next to the apartments – it can be seen through the windows, but it is quite far away. We would have been disappointed if the pool or grill had been one of the main reasons for choosing this place. We also expected to stay in a townhouse-style building, but the apartment is in a multi-unit building. It would be helpful if the listing showed the building itself and more clearly depicted the surroundings, so future guests would have more accurate expectations. A few more precise photos and small improvements in the apartment would make this place even more attractive.
