The keys should be collected from 274 West End Lane, London, NW6 1LJ. Please note that reception is open from 9AM to 9PM. For arrivals after 9PM we operate a self-check-in procedure. Instructions will be provided before your arrival. Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in.
