+ The property was clean, spacious, contemporary in design. It had an outdoor area and a secured car accommodation. The host was wonderful and very helpful.
− The stairs to the bedroom are steep and persons with mobility issues would need to be extra cautious.

+ We were very satisfied with everything! The place was exceptionally clean, well equipped and beds were comfortable. I slept on a pull out couch and even that was more comfortable than most beds. We could park our car in garage which was great and we were able to stay with our dog, which is much appreciated. The genlemant who gave us keys was very polite and welcoming and gave us great tip for restaurant. Location is amazing as well, super close to the town center.

− Before arriving to the location, I informed the contact person (at 13:00, hours ahead of time) that we would be arriving between 18:45 and 19:00. 30 minutes before arriving I confirmed the exact arrival time. Upon our arrival, no one was there to greet us and the contact person failed to answer 3 calls. I was forced to go ring the doorbell of the address as no one was at the meeting point, only to finally be met by the host 15 minutes later and to be told off for arriving too earlier. It turns out that the contact person and the host are no the same, and the contact person clearly failed to communicate correctly with the onsite host. Several issues arose after that: the front door lock was broken so we could not lock it from the outside; despite having a garage door and a walled garden between the accommodation and the street, this was not reassuring at all. The living room smelled like an overused, wet rag and strong bleach. The toilet had toilet paper floating in it. The towels and bedsheets did not smell like they had been properly washed and the shower, especially the joints, were so moldy that we preferred showering with flip flops. The staircase was incredibly unsafe and uneven; even though the host warned us about this, it doesn’t change our concerns. Finally, the check in process was far too lengthy and repetitive, despite the fact that we told the host on several occasions that we had to be somewhere else very soon. Overall very disappointing quality of the apartment, which looks better on the photos than in person and dos not meet my standards for service or hygiene by any means.
