Guests are required to show a valid physical photo ID (Passport, Emirates ID or GCC National ID) upon check-in. Photos of IDs on a mobile phone will not be accepted.

A valid physical identification document (Passport, Emirates ID or GCC National ID) is required at check-in or when visiting an in-house guest, in accordance with government regulations.
Guarantee Policy: Valid credit card details are required to guarantee your booking. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the card provided at the time of booking. In case of pre-authorization failure, the hotel may release the reservation at its discretion.
Child Policy: A baby cot can be provided free of charge for an infant below 4 years old in any room. All children under 12 years old are charged per night for extra beds. Children aged 12 and above are considered adults.
Extra Bed Policy: Extra beds are subject to availability. Only one extra bed can be placed in the room, and not all room types can accommodate an extra bed.
Groups Policy: When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property.
New Year's Eve Dinner is mandatory on 31 December. A supplement will be added to the booking rate at the time of check-in. Please contact the hotel for more information.
