− Although the website talks alot about how good their resturant and bars are they were shut until Easter. We arrived on an unexped holiday and therefore had to forage for our dinner in the nearest town where little was open. Please if the resturant isn't open then put this on your websire / inform visitors and join the 21st centry and have tea and coffee making faculities as we were also not able to get a drink

+ The place was clean and tidy. There is an excellent bar restaurant onsite and they do a lovely cooked breakfast. Although outside of the town, a taxi will arrive within 10 minutes and to travel to the old town cost only €10. For the price and to have a base in San Sebastián it is excellent value. I would certainly use it again but ask for a ground floor room next time which would reduce the number of steps in the accommodation areas. As a transit area it was excellent for us on our journey home.
− There aren't any lifts and there are a lot of steps. I suppose it is better for back packers but if there are suitcases to haul around you need good health to get to the rooms.
