- Parking was too far away from accommodation. Should be able to park much nearer to unload car and similarly when to load when leaving. There is an area at the entrance of the accommodation but is for staff and disability which could be used to unload. + It was surrounded by nature which was nice
− The room was in no way up to standard. With 40+ degrees Celsius outside and a window that didnt close the baby got overheated and we slept somewhere else those nights. The kitchenette had no instruction and was therefore inoperable. The toilet was not clean when we arrived. We paid for bedlinnen and the beds were not made up. They advertise for a free bed for baby, but they were out of baby beds. Also note that even though a payment through creditcard is done through booking.com, they tell you those are reservation costs and you have to pay full price again when you get there, booking.com should notify this more clear. Also advertised as view on the garden. The view was actually directly at another studio's wall... We checked out a day early cause we just did not want to stay any longer. Checking out, also there was no personnel before 10.00 am so we had to just give the key to someone. No one asked about our stay.

+ The location is fabulous, great for fishing,outdoor pursuits, especially in the summer
− The whole place had a dreary dirty appearance.I hadn't looked fully on my booking confirmation and hadn't realised that we had twin beds and no cooker, only a microwave. I asked if they had another unit that we could stay in with a double bed and a cooker. They seemed very reluctant to help and said we had to wait for the boss to come back.The receptionist said we could push the beds together, and we had agreed that there was only a microwave.So we decided to go and make the best of it as we had been driving for 4hours. They never got back to us anyway about a move to another room. The room was the most basic depressing, dirty room I have ever stayed in. No kettle, fortunately we had one with us. The kitchen area was disgusting as photos show, filthy, and that could have been cleaned off. The beds were just about ok, after we had put our own linen on, which was the agreement. The most basic of utensils, the knife showed in photo was filthy. The restaurant was closed, although it was one of the reasons we stayed, when I read it was closed that was when I got some food to cook. The outside of the property and the hallway leading up to our studio was,disgusting. It took us ages to find our room as the piece of paper stuck to the door was upside down and back to front. Receptionist said our room was ready and key in door. Never heard of that before. There was no security for our vehicle, no lighting fencing nothing it was pitch black everywhere. Would say this is only good for fishermen and people who aren't bothered what their accommodation is like. Very disappointed.
