ARRIVAL: 24h Reception. Welcome at Hotel Benidorm East by Pierre & Vacances In order to have more information in how to access the property when the reception is closed, please make sure to contact the reception in advanced.
CLEANING: Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days. Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.
SERVICES: A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bedsheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from €33) When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 15 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per flat) Meals are served at Hotel Bendiorm's restaurant. Beverages are not included on meals. (lunch and dinner)
BOOKING CONDITIONS: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the service charge applies to all bookings and it is not refundable.
BREAKFAST AND CHECK IN: The establishment does not directly offer breakfast service, but guests can enjoy these services at the Hotel Benidorm East by Pierre & Vacances, located right across the street.
