It offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool open from May to September. An ALGOTHERM spa with an indoor heated swimming pool measuring 12x5 metres, a sauna and a hammam are also available on site at an extra cost.
A private balcony or terrace features in all of the houses and apartments at Pierre & Vacances Premium Residence & Spa Houlgate. Each has a seating area and a TV with international channels. Free low-speed WiFi is available in all areas.
A kitchenette with hotplates is included in the accommodation at Spa Houlgate. Some kitchen areas have a Nespresso coffee machine.

House rules
Please note that the spa and the indoor swimming pool are available at an additional cost and are accessible only to guests aged 14 and over.
If you plan to arrive outside check-in hours, please contact the property in advance to arrange key collection.
Prices include all taxes and fees (except tourist tax and any booking fees), TV, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access and two bathrobes.
After booking, guests may reserve the location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and incur an additional charge.
For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.
If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Reception opening hours are daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00.
Please note that the opening hours of the two indoor/outdoor swimming pools are daily from 10:00 to 18:30.
A little break at Christmas! On December 25th, spa treatments take a break, but the indoor pool, sauna and hammam remain open for you to enjoy a relaxing moment.
The fine print
• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
• Please inform Pierre & Vacances Premium Residence & Spa Houlgate in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
• Sauna is closed from Wed 04 Feb 2026 until Thu 31 Dec 2026
• Outdoor Pool is closed from Wed 01 Oct 2025 until Thu 30 Apr 2026
• A damage deposit of €300 is required on arrival. That's about $337. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
