This south-west-facing residence enjoys sweeping views over the sea and the bay. It offers a heated, seasonal and outdoor pool as well as 2 paddling pools. An indoor pool is also accessible all year long. Saint-Valéry-sur-Somme is 15 km away from the property.
Right next to shops and restaurants, Résidence Pierre & Vacances «Résidence De La Plage» has direct access to the beach. You can also borrow a portable PlayStation games console, books and board games.
Each accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, ceramic hobs and coffee machine. Meals and breakfast can be delivered upon reservation and you can also request a massage in the apartment.
The building is inspired by the major architectural features of houses in Le Crotoy: big balconies, huge atrium windows, low-hanging eaves, dormer windows.
Both private, covered and public car park are available on site for a fee. Charging stations for electric cars are available at this property.

House rules
The residence is getting a makeover! From 14 September 2026 to 30 May 2027, the façade and balcony railings are being refreshed. During the renovation works, every effort will be made to preserve your comfort and minimise any noise or visual disturbances. You'll have a front-row seat to a beautiful transformation!
The indoor heated swimming pool is open all year round, except between 6 January and 9 February. The heated outdoor swimming pool is open from June to September.
Prices include all taxes and charges (excluding tourist tax and any booking fees), TV, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access, and two bathrobes.
Reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00; Friday and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00; Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00.
The fine print
• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
• Please inform Pierre & Vacances Premium Résidence de la Plage in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
• The property will be going through renovation works from Mon 14 Sept 2026 until Sun 30 May 2027. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available.
• A damage deposit of €300 is required on arrival. That's about $337. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
