TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+17 years) and per night. As this is a government tax, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.

CLEANING: Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days. Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials will be provided by the accommodation.
SERVICES: A baby kit suitable for children younger than 2 years old and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€).
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 15 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (Maximum 3 pets per apartment)
OTHER: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the service charge applies to all bookings and it is not refundable.

Guests younger than 18 years old, only will be hosted at the property if they accompanied by at least one of their parents or if they accompanied by their legal guardians.
A damage deposit of €200 will be required upon arrival. This can be paid in cash or by bank card (via a bank pre-authorization). It will be returned to you at check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded—in cash or via your card—once the accommodation has been inspected by our staff.
