- BUT MANY THINGS MADE THIS PLACE TERRIBLE: Our documents were held ransom while we waited SLOW connections standing outside. We were hiking a long way in January, and had to call for codes to enter. They refused to tell us until they received our passport photos. It took 45 minutes in this tiny town to enter the apartment. THEN, the place was very cold upon entry. The heat pumps were anemic and slow to warm the place. We were very cold for two hours after entering. THEN, the hot water was not turned on. We are both savvy architects, but had trouble finding the hot water heater. It would not turn it on at the machine. Finally we found a wall switch to the water heater and turned it on. THEN, after 2hours of warming up the water heater, a shower was cut short because the water went completely cold. THEN, guess what? THREE times in our stay the power in the entire apartment went OFF. We had to finally find the main breaker outside in the hallway to switch it back on, once in the middle of the night, when nothing was on but the heat pumps and cell phone chargers. FINALLY, the pellet stove is off limits to guests. Great place to look at, but utility service is undersized for the offerings of the unit. We are only two people. + Struttura ristrutturata e arredata con molto gusto
− La posizione è molto centrale nel borgo. Le finestre di cucina e soggiorno danno sulla piazza, dove si trova la distesa della locale osteria. Dalla piazza arriva molto rumore in casa fino a tardi.

+ Alloggio di dimensioni generose, in centro paese e ben attrezzato. Buon compromesso qualità prezzo, a una ventina di minuti da Levanto e Monterosso. Bello il borgo di Pignone.
− Purtroppo non sono riuscito a utilizzare il forno microonde il resto funzionava tutto. I materassi e cuscini forse non sono i miei preferiti (mi sembravano sintetici).
