House rules
Please note all bookings must have the guest address and telephone number included. All guests must present a photo ID. Full refreshes are done if a guests books 7 days or over and are done once a week. Please note there are minor ongoing renovation works to the building's exterior. All work is conducted between 09:00 and 17:00 to minimise disruption for guests. Please note that the bedrooms are located on upper floors and are accessible by stairs only. Please note this is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests who are found smoking may be subject to a £150 fine and asked to leave the property without a refund. Guest that cause anti social behaviour or disruption to other guest will also be subject to possible charges. Hotel has a pay and display council owned car park or free parking at Eagle Rock. Guest cards will have a pre-authorisation of £50 made. Please note that the upper level floors are accessible by stairs only.
