+ Overall fairly happy with where we stayed, given the low price per night and location of the property being short walk to the train station/shops/ben nevis visitor centre. The room we were in wasn't as horrendous as previous images and clearly had some mild renovation done since, but it wasn't exactly spotless either with some dusty/corroded radiators and corners of the room not looking the most inviting. You get what you pay for I suppose and it wasn't the worst place to stay as atleast the beds were clean and they provided towels. - As mentioned, some parts of the room had clearly not been cleaned in a while so can't really give it a high rating on that front. The kettles still had water in them since who knows when so didn't really dare use them and opted to grab coffee and water from outside. A microwave or a kitchen/sink space would have been nice, but that area was marked off as private so another thing to work around. + Location is good! Bed was decent. Bathroom was clean. We needed a bed and that is what we got. Worked out well for us!
− Since it is in the city center it was quite loud. We knew that could be a possibility so if you need a quiet nights rest I wouldn’t recommend.
