+ Efficient check in process, cheap. Was available last minute. I'd stay again if push came to shove. Bed was comfy. Efficient check in process, cheap. Was available last minute. I'd stay again if push came to shove. Bed was comfy.
- Weird converted house setup. The bedding definitely hadn't been changed since the previous occupant - there were hairs on the pillow and in the bed. I was only sleeping there for a few hours so wasn't overly fussed but some people would have been put off. Weird converted house setup. + It was a private room with a large bathroom. There was an additional water bottle in the room for arrival. It is relatively affordable for London but far away from everything. It was a private room with a large bathroom. There was an additional water bottle in the room for arrival. It is rela...
- The house and the room needs a good amount of maintenance and in-depth cleaning. There were previously tenants shampoo left in the bathroom. The garden was filled with all kind of stuff not making it a nice view. The vent in the bathroom and the mini fridge were so loud I had to turn them off when I has in the room. I didn’t use the common kitchen but it needs a in-depth cleaning. I booked this property because it said it was close to Excel London - it is not really, the bus takes 20-30 minutes to Excel. + Location was good
− Struggles to open front door but was later fixed. Extractor fan very noisy and hanging off the wall. No proper instruction/direction of the amenities, for example no sign to tell you which of the room were the toilet and bathroom and kitchen. There was a power failure on one occasion. That was very frightening while I was in the bathroom

+ Just the location, easy to go to excel for the week event.
− My room was a living room/ facilities. As I had a sofa bed and there were other storage nearby. I had some itchy problem which was related bed bugs. I didn’t like as all conversation was done via WhatsApp, no documents checked and I did not feel safe enough. Bathroom really need updating
