House rules
In case of pre-authorisation declined, the Hotel requires a card to pre-authorise, prior to arrival, in order for the booking to be valid. Please note no cash payment accepted at the property.
Please note that extra bed requests are subject to availability and must be pre-booked at least 24 hours in advance of arrival. Additional beds carry a surcharge of £10 per extra bed, per stay.
When booking more than 6 rooms a 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. Different policies and additional supplements may also apply.

• A damage deposit of £100 is required on arrival. That's about $134. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
