House rules
In Spain, to ensure public safety It is essential that you have completed and sent your check-in online and that you have received the verification from the property at least 3 hours before your arrival to authorise access to the apartment. Our customer service schedule is until 22:00; after this time, you can still book normally, although there will be no direct service. For any questions outside the hours, we will answer exclusively via the Booking platform.
After booking, you will receive an email with property rules.
The charges for bed linen/towels are as follows:
Bed linen: €20 per bed, per stay
Towels: €10 per bed, per stay
The fine print
• Please inform R&G Pineda Apartamento in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
• License number: <strong>HUTT-013149</strong>
• A damage deposit of €200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. That's about $224. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
