In 50 acres of grounds, Rectory Farm is 2 miles from Cambridge centre. This country house offers free Wi-Fi, paid parking, and a paid seasonal outdoor swimming pool open from June until September.
Set in a grand period building, the elegant bedrooms each have a private modern bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. Rooms also feature a TV and hairdryer, and all have scenic countryside views. Rooms are located in the House or in the adjacent Chalet.
Please note: Dogs are welcome at a cost of £25 per dog per stay. This must be requested in advance by emailing the property directly for approval.
Also, early check-in is available for £30, letting you check in from 12pm instead of 4pm. This must be requested by contacting us and paid for in reception.
We do not serve food. Neither breakfast nor other meals are included in the room price. Good meals are provided at local pubs: The Plough, Coton; Three Horseshoes, Madingley; The Astronomer, Eddington.
Just a 5 minute drive from Cambridge’s scenic College Backs, the Rectory is 2 miles from Castle Hill and Kettle’s Yard art gallery. The Grand Arcade shopping centre is a 10-minute drive away. Guests can take a Park and Ride bus service or walk on a footpath to the City Centre.
We do provide travel cots on request before booking and subject to availability; this is an additional charge of £10.

- If you cancel your booking.

- Stays reserves the right to make the sole determination regarding a customer's eligibility to receive the price match.

The property is located next to Junction 13 of the M11. Some satellite navigation systems may not direct you correctly. Gates open automatically on approach.
The fine print
• Swimming pool is closed from Mon 29 Sept 2025 until Thu 30 Apr 2026
• A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. That's about $67. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
