The heated swimming pool is open in summer.
For stays under 6 nights, bed linen and towels are included.
For rentals of more than 6 nights, electricity consumption is included in the rent based on average weekly consumption:
• Studio: 80 kWh
• Apartment: 150 Kwh
• 2 bedroom apartment: 175 Kwh
In the event of exceeding this fixed price during the meter reading on arrival, the lessor reserves the right to ask the lessee to pay the difference on the basis of €0.23/kWh (rate in force in 2023 on our EDF energy supply contract)

• Please inform Residence Les Villas CROMA in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
• Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of €20 per person or bring their own.
• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
