+ A nicely equipped, clean and comfortable apartment in the heart of Novara! The location is very convenient for the local supermarket which is just a 3-minute walk away. I would stay here again if I needed to visit the region.
− I only found a thin blanket for each bed and you have to ask if you want more A separate code for the main gate and the room door would be preferable Part of the check-in instructions template seems outdated, as there was nothing in the key box (only the code is needed)

+ Lovely clean apartment with a couple of nice bedrooms and private parking.
− Please this is less criticism but information for other guests and to support some easy improvements. Check in is via an app that is sent well before your stay - however the app likely the most annoying check in experience I have ever had. Checking in gets you 2 codes with no explanation on how to use them When you arrive there are 4 combination padlocks on the date and a key pad - there is no explanation given - but count from the left to your apartment number and that opens the key box. use the key in a blue button on the left of the gate - this opens the gate! The apartment is lovely and almost well equipped - it has an oven but nothing to use in the oven trays dishes, nothing. - it has a hob that's a bit temperamental but 2 rings work ok - it has a dishwasher but bring your own tablets - its nice to keep the place clean but there is very little in cleaning kit (a bottle of washing up liquid and a sponge) - its nice to take the waste out but on one bag is provided - its good to recycle but the recycle bins are not labelled which is which - it has good wifi but you need to ask for the password as its not written down These are all very simple and low cost to resolve and make a good apartment truly excellent. This score should be a 9 or 10 but these small east to resolve things let it down.

+ Very clean, brand new facility / apartment, lots of towels nice host good value for short stay or groups - close to the city centre and train station is around 20 minutes walk - good A/C - felt quite secure at night
− shower gel or cleaning products such as dishwasher tablets or water are not provided (if you are expecting) fortunately there is a supermarket nearby - I arrived quite late in the night and it was a bit confusing trying to find and access the apartment in the complex + basic instructions for accessing apartments
