+ Laura was prompt, very friendly and super helpful apart form simply being a very pleasant person to work with. Her service is personal and on point in every respect. The parking facilities were easy and super convenient and Laura even out absorbent material against the walls to ensure that you do not damage your car. No surprises, it was as advertised and the host was great. The view from the residence is simply amazing as you're right there on the water with a nice balcony to add to that. - The heating of the building is not very good but it is there. However, one must remember that you're next to the water, in full winter in old buildings (in terms of construction) which are not as well insulated as modern ones and which have a high marble content leading to cold floors. The heating however, to be fair, was always on and available. As a future consideration a slight improvement here could help BUT this observation is meant as a "possible improvement" and in no way a critique as we found the place to be just what we were looking for. + Das Apartment ist direkt an der Promenade, damit beste Lage, viele Restaurants, Cafés sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen, auch der nächste große Supermarkt ist nur 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Wenn man möchte kann man direkt über die Promenade laufen und in den See hüpfen, alternativ ist 10min fußläufig der nächste große Strand mit Liegen, Sonnenschirm oder einfach in die Wiese liegen, alles möglich. Laura spricht sehr gut Deutsch, das Apartment war sauber, alles ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Bilder entsprechen auch der Realität. Rundum war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und ich würde es definitiv wieder Buchen! Grazie mille Laura 😊
− In der Küche kommt nur schwach warmes Wasser, das vielleicht mal Checken lassen.
