House rules
Reception opening hours is from 16:00 to 19:00. If you plan on arriving after 19:00, it is necessary to contact the reception during opening hours in order to obtain an access code.
Bed linen and towels are always included in the rates. For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge. For stays of over 7 nights, cleaning is done once a week. Please note that all guests are kindly requested to clean the kitchen and wash their dishes before check-out.

For bookings of 5 rooms and more, the property reserves the right to charge a prepayment.
A damage deposit is required on arrival : € 100 for stays of less than 2 nights, and € 200 for stays of 3 nights and more.

• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
• Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 01 Nov 2021 until Sat 30 Apr 2022
• A damage deposit of €500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. That's about $561. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
