+ the location was good for where my travelling family needed to be the location was good for where my travelling family needed to be
- when making the booking it stated that check in details would be released the day before check in - they wasn't and i had to chase, i was advised they would be released the following morning (the day of arrival) after the cleaner had been. Again i had to chase these before they was provided. The cleanliness of the property was very poor, i contacted the number advertised (who was never able to be contactable by ringing) who gave me another number to call advising it was her boss, when i called the number the person advised she was the cleaner and she did not believe the property was not clean, i sent her the images i had from my relatives and she advised she would meet them at the property to discuss. My relatives had travelled from the US so understandably they had things planned for their holiday, this had to be cut short on the day they was meeting the cleaner, she subsequently moved them to another apartment. to note a few things that wasn't clean: the shower curtain had mildew all over the bottom, there was black mould and mildew in the corners in the bathroom, the bed set was all mix matched and not a matching set, there was a cracked plastic lamp on the side. All of these was not evident in your advertising photos or i would never have booked this for my travelling relatives. when making the booking it stated that check in details would be released the day before check in - they wasn't and ...

+ The apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, in a good area, and the management was friendly and available when I needed them. The location is charming, in a residential area close to beautiful park areas and within walking distance of stores and restaurants.
− Due to the long stay, the refrigerator was small, but I found ways to help with food preparation. That is the only issue for me, and it was mangeable.
