- The communication regarding the laundry service was appalling. I had to wait 3 days to receive my pants back that I travelled in. I was told by 5 different staff members , 5 different things. The laundry bag they tell you to use & follow the instructions on are incorrect. The staff are very kind and apologetic everytime I were to tell them something was wrong , but I really believe they need training again on laundry service and communication so nothing like this happens again with other customers. + Perfect Location, staff were fantastic and it had parking. A big shout out to a new member of staff ‘Afnan’. He took the time to chat with us in reception area and made us feel very welcome. All front of house staff are exceptional and our window in bedroom was fixed immediately by maintenance on arrival.
− The only thing that lets it down is it doesn’t have a restaurant to get an evening meal, not enough milk and coffee left in the room, but the cafe staff kindly gave me a cup of milk for the room👍

+ Beautiful hotel.
− No bottle of water in the room was a disappointment. When checking out I seen water refill stations, but had to find that out myself. Kettle/cups and tea/coffee not used as a result. Are guests expected to take the kettle out of the room to fill up? Seems abit mad.

+ Great Location, Comfortable Stay, and Excellent Service I had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the amenities were clean and well maintained, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. A special mention goes to Marios at the front desk, who provided fantastic service. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and welcoming, and his professionalism really made a positive difference to my experience. The only disappointment was the Wi-Fi service. Unfortunately, it didn’t work properly, and when I tried calling reception for assistance, I was unable to get through to anyone. The connection process was also unnecessarily complicated, requiring a username and password followed by additional reset steps. This made what should have been a simple process rather frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel’s location, comfort, and cleanliness, and the excellent service from Marios was a real highlight. I hope the hotel can improve its Wi-Fi reliability and simplify the connection process, as this would make the guest experience even better. I would happily recommend the hotel, with the hope that this minor but important issue will be addressed.
