+ The location, for me, was perfect, only 12mins to my place of work. Staff were superb, very accomodating and helpful. I suffer occaisionally with back ache, and the nice firm beds certainly helped with that. With no on-site restaurant, there were a few good take-aways in easy walking distance, a Chinese takeaway next door, and an excellent chip shop next to that. The location, for me, was perfect, only 12mins to my place of work. Staff were superb, very accomodating and helpful....
- Such a shame the restaurant no longer operates. That's the only thing that detracted from the stay as I have no doubt the food would have been good, and would tip the balance for a 10/10 review. The access thriugh the pub was rather noisy but rooms away from pub were very quiet Parking found at the back. + The room was perfectly adequate, clean and comfortable. Good view of the bridge.
− This was a room above a traditional pub .. Wasn't sure if we really 'fitted in' with their typical clientele. However, we would stay again if nearby - as the price was good.
