+ Clean, new and modern facilities. Comfortable bed, nice shower. Good kitchen. Loved that you get a smart tv in the living room AND bedroom. Very helpful and friendly staff, a couple of whom spoke good English. There was a problem with the first room I was in and they immediately moved me to a new room on a higher floor without the same issue. Laundry facilities on ground floor. - You have to check in with the other aparthotel property, the Adagio, which is across the lot in a separate building. Overall, unless you have a car it’s not very convenient. You do have to drive everywhere - to the supermarket, etc. if you do have a car it’s fine, and you’re within an hour or less to places like Auray, Quiberon, Carnac. + The appartment was very confortable for 2 persons, especially for a longer stay (more than 3 days). The cleanliness is spectacular, both the sheets/towels and all the ammenities in the appartment (bathroom and kitchen). The location is good, if you are visiting Bretagne by car, otherwise it may seem a little cumbersome (there is a bus, but it is operating until 7/8 pm). The appartment is very near to a big shopping area with hypermarkets
− An electric owen would have suited us much better than the microwave. Also, the policy of the establishment is to charge in order to have the towels changed, even for longer stays - there are however washing machines but not in the appartment, and they charge 3 euros/washload, and 2 euros/tumbeldryer.

+ We really enjoyed staying here. The room looked exactly as advertised and the bed and furniture were comfortable, there were good towels and the kitchen was well equipped with good quality crockery, cutlery and cookware. There is a nearby bus direct to the city centre and it’s easy to access the surrounding area by car.
− We received a message to say that check in was at the Adagio. This meant nothing to us but after 3 messages over 24 hours requesting clarification went unanswered we had to phone to ask for the address of the Adagio. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the internet was extremely slow, especially in the evenings. It became impossible to watch anything other than live tv in the evenings as the internet connection was so poor.

+ It was a good location, and had free parking! The bed was really comfortable and I liked being able to cook my own meals.
− The internet was always an issue. It was great during the day when most people were away which is important when you work remotely, but at about 16:00 when people started to return for the evening the bandwidth dropped considerably. By 8pm, it was almost impossible to stream anything and my mobile service in the building was not great either.
