House rules
The end-of-stay cleaning is included. However, the kitchen area must be left clean (dishes washed and put away), and the bins must be emptied before departure.

Guests must avoid making noise between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
Pets are permitted but must not be left alone in the accommodation under any circumstances. When taken out, they must be kept on a lead and their waste must be collected.
A supplement of €20 per day per pet is payable on arrival.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in order to check in.
A security deposit of €300 is required via an app called Swikly. This is simply a card pre-authorisation and does not involve a debit or pre-authorisation charge.

• A damage deposit of €250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. That's about $280. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
