House rules
Reception opening hours vary depending on the period.
- From May to the end of September : reception opening hours are from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00 every day, except on Saturday when reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00.
- From October to November : reception is open on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, on Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, and is closed on Wednesday and Thursday.
Guests arriving on a day when reception is closed or outside opening hours are kindly requested to contact the property in advance in order to arrange their check-in.
The outdoor swimming pool is open from May to September from 10:00 onwards.
The rate includes bed linen, towels, one dish towel, one bath mat, a cleaning kit and end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchen area and dishes.
The tourist tax is not included.
After booking, guests may request a specific location for their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. This service is subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.

• A damage deposit of €200 is required on arrival. That's about $224. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
