House rules
Reception opening hours are daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. In July and August, reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays.
The outdoor swimming pool is open from April to October. Pool opening hours are daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
Prices include all taxes and fees (except the tourist tax and possible booking fees), TV, bath linen (1 large towel and 1 small towel), household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access, two bathrobes, and access to the residence’s outdoor heated swimming pool.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.
If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.
A credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) is the only accepted method of payment.
