If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.
Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.
Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath towels, household line, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), basic low-speed WiFi (browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee).

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.
In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Reception opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 - Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 Sunday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 18:30 (from 1/06 to 30/09)
Pets are allowed for 75€ per week or 12€ per day. All apartments have a bathtub. Toasters and hairdryers are available upon request at reception.
Only one dish towel is provided. Bar soap and multi-purpose cleaner are not provided.
The fine print
• Please inform Résidence Pierre & Vacances Ty Mat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
• Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 01 Oct 2024 until Sat 31 May 2025
• A damage deposit of €150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. That's about $168. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
