House rules
In case of late arrival (outside reception opening hours): please notify the residence reception, whose contact details are on your booking confirmation. You can also indicate this information in the "Special Requests" section when you call.
For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, with the exception of the kitchen and dishes.
For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.
Pets are allowed (1 max./accommodation) for an additional fee (€12/day and €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.
For group bookings (5 or more accommodations), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment at the time of booking and free cancellation up to 42 days prior to arrival. Please contact us.
A photo ID and credit card will be required upon check-in.
A €300 credit card imprint is required upon arrival as a security deposit and will be released after your stay, provided the accommodation is left in good condition (as per the inventory).
The fine print
• Please inform Résidence Vacancéole - Le Domaine des Monédières in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
• Piscine #2 is closed from Mon 15 Sept 2025 until Mon 15 Jun 2026
• Piscine #2 is closed from Sun 13 Sept 2026 until Sat 19 Jun 2027
• Piscine #2 is closed from Sat 18 Sept 2027 until Sat 17 Jun 2028
• A damage deposit of €300 is required on arrival. That's about $337. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
