+ The host was excellent. I booked late having been stranded on a French bank hol;iday and the response and support was virtually immediate. The property itself has considerable style - The owners clearly Verdi afficionados! It was an 'olde worlde' feel that might not suit some but I found it charming and relaxing. The Otello suite was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and well located for the town centre. I would recommend this property, it will be my first choice for subsequent overnights here and my first recommendation to visitors The host was excellent. + We loved our stay at Residence Verdi—our apartment Rigololetto—and feel as if we could live here for a long stay . Maybe someday?! The owners have created such unique spaces within their building. The craftsmanship and detail are a delight. The WiFi, too, was exceptionally fast, which we appreciated! And we also appreciated having a clothes washer plus the kitchenette. All the herbs were a bonus (we added to these with some salt). Enrico was very friendly welcoming us in and showing us around, as well as accommodating our bicycles. Just a great stay! Seriously, we could imagine living here. :-) We loved our stay at Residence Verdi—our apartment Rigololetto—and feel as if we could live here for a long stay ...
- The only thing we might change is to have some lower wattage lighting in main room for a cozier evening. The only thing we might change is to have some lower wattage lighting in main room for a cozier evening.

+ Beautiful building, great facilities, and finally, a nice, well stocked kitchen. All too often do you book an apartment, and there are zero spices, oils, coffee, etc. This place was different and the owners very generously provided all of the above and a complimentary bottle of wine. Amazing
− Pillows were a bit flat and no shower gel/shampoo
