- There’s mould in the shower, a layer of dust on the cupboards above the bed, and the air conditioning is blowing directly onto them, scattering dust particles around the room. Something spilled under the bed a long time ago and has since dried up. Parking was a bit of a problem – we chose this place specifically for the free parking close to the apartment, but the nearest area to the flat is a blue, paid-for zone, whilst the free spaces are a bit further away and it’s not always easy to find a free one. We rang the host to ask for advice or a recommendation on where to park; he was supposed to send us location, but he never did. + We used as a base to visit Milan, Lake Como and Genoa and Portofino. The location was very handy for the train station. The apartment was VERY clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. There was ample street parking around and a car park 2 minutes walk away that was free overnight and at weekends. The air conditioning was lovely and cool after a hot day out. The town itself was very quiet for a nice peaceful break. Approx 20 minutes by train to Duomo Milano. We used as a base to visit Milan, Lake Como and Genoa and Portofino. The location was very handy for the train statio...
- I gave the property 9/10. One point lost as we found the apartment entry system a bit of a faff having to click on a web link each time, for each of the 3 doors you need to go through. And same on exit. A key box or a door code would be much easier…. Just our opinion, and I’m not technophobic! Also a couple more pillows would have been nice. And there seemed to be limited hot water for the shower. None of the above spoiled our stay and I would certainly stay again without hesitation. Thank you. I gave the property 9/10. + Clean place, got everything you need. Convenient transportation to the city.
− Not a big fan of electronic keys but it’s a personal preference. Make sure you don’t go home with a dead phone otherwise you can’t get back in the property. That’s the downside of having electronic keys.

+ the location really near metro station, but on the 1st day the google maps gave the wrong direction become more far than that we have to😅 but it’s okay. the facility are great, not a big room but enough for 2. It has a lot cabinet that we can store our things. the bathroom clean and smell good. thanks for the chocolates and water!
− we misunderstood about the room, i booked the wrong room that doesnt have mini kitchen. better next the host make it more clear about this choices
