+ If you want to enjoy Milan sightseeing and shopping, this place is top. The staff were very welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, especially the little cozy balcony. The kitchen has all the facilities you need. The access to the room was really easy, there was no need for a key. Instead, there was a code that worked for all the doors, which made accessing everything really easy and convenient—you didn’t have to carry a key around with you. Metro was nearby, like 5 mins walk. Restaurants were like next door (some very good ones actually). A supermarket was also nearby, like in the next road 6-7 mins walk. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend it!
− I didn’t like the fact that the towels were not changed during my stay. I stayed for four days and expected to have the towels replaced at least once, but they weren’t. When I asked for clean towels, I was told that I would be charged €13 for them, which I found a bit disappointing.
