The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 21:00 from Monday to Friday and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 on weekends and bank holidays.
If you plan to arrive outside the reception opening hours, please contact the residence at least 72 hours in advance to obtain your access code.
Please note that cots are available but must be booked in advance and confirmed by the hotel.
