+ The location was great. The host went to Tesco to buy new towels for us and bedding when there was blood on the existing bedding.
− There seemed to be some miscommunication over towels. First they were arriving, then they weren't being provided as there was a "virus spread by towels". When we questioned this virus, the host bought us some brand new towels. It hadn't been cleaned and smelt of smoke. The mattresses were great, but the slats on 2 of the beds were partially missing. It's a 1 bedroom place but was advertised as a 2 bedroom. We were offered a refund if we left but there wasn't an alternative as we'd hiked there. The host has assured us that he'll be dealing with all of these issues today (3rd June) so hopefully the next guest will have a better experience!
