+ Good pressure on the shower. Once WE had cleaned the kitchen it was a nice space. Downstairs lounge was comfortable once the heating issues had been sorted out.
− 1. On arrival, it took over 30 minutes to get into the property due to key issues. It was raining and we were standing on the doorstep. 2. The property overall had only been given a very superficial clean at best. The kitchen had clearly not been cleaned properly. There were trays left in the oven covered in grease and food remains from where they had been used and not cleaned. A lot of the pots and pans were greasy and unclean & i poor state. Issue reported and photos supplied. I had a reply that someone would try and send a housekeeper. 3. On returning back Sunday afternoon we found some new pots, dishes, chopping board on the doorstep. As a result, we then completely cleaned the kitchen including all utensils, plates, cutlery etc as no one had been into clean. 4. There was an issue with the underfloor heating in the downstairs lounge area where it was unbearably hot, so much so, we could not sit there and relax. I reported this before 9am on Monday morning. We went out for the day & returned with the house still hot. I sent another message regarding the heating about 4pm. I had several messages and had to take / send various pictures of the heating / boiler & re-set the boiler as directed. A plumber attended about 1830. He found a portable thermostat lying face down in the bottom of the boiler cupboard and the temperature set to 29°! He said that is why the heating doesn't turn off, it is set far too high. Eventually the temperature returned to normal. 5. As a property for up to 7 people, it is surprising there were only 3 large dinner plates. - I reported this on day 1 and no extra were supplied (we are a family of 4 and this was made clear on the booking form). 6. The shower leaks from the bottom right hand corner. Again reported, but not fixed. 7. We had to facilitate a plumber attending to access the boiler in our accommodation for the upstairs flat. Would appear both properties might share one boiler. 8.

− Curb appeal,bags of garden rubbish on drive, fag ends everywhere, dead plants, concrete jungle garden, cooking utensils worn out. Must have been super when first done.
