- We were appalled by the uncleanness of the apartment. I booked the place to have a space to get ready for my niece's wedding situated 20-minute drive away from Mante la Jolie. I booked for my family composed of my 2 sons, my cousin, my brother, and his wife.... we couldn't even relax because of the filth. After covid, we have become more germ aware and considered that the apartment is maybe owned by a doctor as the number given in the exchange was that of a doctor's and his office was on the same second floor as the apartment and was full of patients who were coming in and out from that Friday when we checked in up to the Sunday when we left at 11. We only stayed over for lack of choice as we had other duties to deal with as part of the wedding party. We NEVER took a shower as the bathroom was FILTHY, and we felt not only disrespected but also insulted. They used used, stained, and sheet with holes as bed linen with hairs... unkept pillows. Stained high chairs, no surface was wiped clean. The floor was not cleaned at all.... to be honest, I want a 50% refund .....let me not say any more but post the pictures....I have over 20 pictures but you are only allowing me to upload 4..... We were appalled by the uncleanness of the apartment. I booked the place to have a space to get ready for my niece's ...

+ En arrivant, on a vute compris pourquoi le prix de la nuit n'était pas excessif...
− Réservé deux mois à l'avance, j'avais demandé un matelas en plus, on m'a dit qu'il allait être installé dans le salon ; le jour j, en arrivant à 22h, on voit que le matelas est manquant. On fouille tous les placards pour voir s'il y est, négatif. Par contre, la saleté était bien au rendez-vous ! Personne pour venir nous faire l'installation.d'un matelas supplémentaire, la gouvernante est venue le lendemain, toutefois. Concernant le confort, les matelas sont aussi fins qu'une feuille de papier, et l'un est plus grand que le cadre de lit, donc on se retrouve une partie dans le vide. Les draps sont tâchés et dégagent une odeur étrange. Pas de poignet dans la salle de bain.... Porte entrouverte, quand on est en groupe, c'est pas cool. Comme précisé plus tôt, c'était très sal ! Des moutons de poussières à n'en plus finir, des traces de mains sur les murs (matière fécale, sang...?) au dessus du canapé. Des poils sur les murs de la salle de bain.

+ La situation géographique
− Le logement ne correspondait pas aux images. Les photos sont celles de l’appartement voisin. Je le sais car j’avais reservé deux appartements sans meme savoir que c’était le meme batiment. De plus, c’était sale et il y avait encore de la nourriture au frigo.
