En cas d’odeur persistante de tabac ou de cendre dans le logement, des frais de nettoyage de 100 € pourront être facturés.
Il est possible de fumer uniquement à l’extérieur, à distance des entrées, et en utilisant un cendrier. Merci de ne pas jeter les mégots au sol ou dans le jardin.
Le terrain situé juste devant la porte d’entrée n’appartient pas à la maison.
Il s’agit d’un terrain privé appartenant à un tiers, pour lequel nous avons uniquement une servitude de passage.

Le voisin propriétaire est très strict sur ce point, et toute infraction peut entraîner un conflit.
