House rules
The total number of floors for the property are 2.
Room 5 and Room 6 are located on the upper floor which is the second one and are only accessible by stairs (there is no elevator).
Room 2,3 and Room 4 are located on the first floor.
Room 1 is located in the ground.
Same-day bookings arriving after 10 pm: a £50 refundable security deposit is required before the self check-in code is sent. The deposit is refunded within 48 hours after check-out if there is no damage, no smoking and no party.
Self check-in with a key box. The access code is sent on the arrival day once the booking is confirmed.
Arrivals after 10 pm by prior arrangement only. Guests must tell the property their expected arrival time.
Quiet hours 22:00–07:00, no parties, no visitors.
