+ Owner really equiped the place with care, and is maintained well. He is also very kind, polite, and at service for all the questions. - The weakest point is, unfortunately, as per most people's comments, the neighborhood. Which is the problem throughout whole city, with many neighborhoods/arrondisements which are labeled as not safe, specifically for walking out during the night, and, most importantly, for car parking outside (if you're with a car). I booked intentionally this place because Oullins is marked as fairly safe vs other districts. However it is also very poor neighborhood and doesn't look safe. Best to stay inside during the night. Car is always a liability. Lastly, it is an old building on the last floor, without an elevator. The weakest point is, unfortunately, as per most people's comments, the neighborhood. − la mezzanine et les lits du dessus grincent énormément. Mais on a dormi comme des bébés.

+ Les appartements sont très propres, non loin de Lyon. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont fournis, même pour une nuit, ce qui est très important. La vaisselle est bonne, avec du café, du thé et du sucre à disposition. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Il y a la climatisation, ce qui est également important en été, et l'appartement est mansardé. Arrivée rapide et sans problème, conformément aux instructions, hôte agréable.
− Les plafonds sont bas, mon fils marchait en se penchant ;) Le quatrième étage, si les personnes à mobilité réduite, sera difficile. La climatisation est bruyante, nous l'avons éteinte la nuit. Internet ne fonctionnait pas, mais ce sont des broutilles.
