+ The apartment was nice and fit our purpose. Even thought the bed was just a sofa bed, it was quite ok to sleep. The apartment do not have AC, but temperature remained fine keeping the terrace door open and using the metal blinds during most sunniest hours (outside was 18-28 C). + We were late to Paris due to the delay in Airlines. Received a WhatsApp message from Mr. Jean Michel during the afternoon and we explained him the situation that we will arrive late by Mid night. We were expecting that the host may charge some extra euro for showing up late. But Mr. Jean was very kind hearted and understood our situation :) He was very kind to us and provided all the instructions through WhatsApp, created a video showing where he kept the keys and how to enter the room. He precisely explained where the utensils are kept, the bedding arrangement and waste management over WhatsApp message itself, thanks a lot !! One thing for travelers - The bed is a convertible sofa, and is shown in description image as well, be prepared for it. Apartment is a bit older. But here, getting a good stay in Paris with Bus transport and Supermarket in walkable distance of 3 minutes - this apartment worth the money !!

+ In general terms the place is good for what you need. Pros: The place is located near to a bus stop and a super market. The place was very cleaned and organized.
− Cons: This might be a misunderstanding from my end, but I was expecting a bed, not a sofa bed but still comfortable. The space is reduced and there's a big glass table between the sofa bed and tv, so if you have the bed set up and you have your bags around the space is limited. One of the lamps was not working and the apartment was a bit dark. If you want to reach most of all the touristic places walking, then you have a to have good shoes and prepared for long distances. All these are small things that can be adjusted or fixed but nothing really bad to say the place was not comfortable or good for the value. Travel tip: if you take a taxi from Charles de Gaulle to this location it might cost you between €82-€85. There are some girls in the airport that gives you an "estimate" of the fair taxi service cost and guide you to the taxi line, in any case don't trust what they say and better ask chatGPT how much it could cost.
