+ The listing is misleading. The check-in process is described as “easy,” but it was actually one of the most impractical key collection arrangements I have ever encountered. The keys had to be collected from a location that was a 20-minute walk from the apartment. As I did not have a car, I ended up walking for 40 minutes there and back with my luggage. It was exhausting, unnecessarily complicated, and extremely stressful. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and otherwise very good. However, Wi-Fi is also advertised as one of the amenities, yet there was no internet connection. I contacted the host about the issue but received neither an explanation nor a solution. I stayed for several days and was simply ignored throughout my stay. Based on the apartment alone, I would have rated it a 9. However, the unacceptable key collection process and the host’s complete lack of communication and support significantly affected my experience. + Nous avons trouvé le balcon sale surtout le par terre on a essayé de laisser propre Pensez à mettre un ventilateur avec les chaleurs suffocantes. Si les stores pouvaient être électriques surtout la grande baie vitrée la manivelle est difficile à manœuvrer et brullant
