+ The overall comfort of the studio was fantastic, and having everything I needed in one space was a real bonus. I was able to warm up my meals, sit back, relax and watch TV. The TV was a great size, and the kitchen facilities were well-equipped and convenient. Chanel was very informative and kept me updated throughout the process, providing clear instructions on how to collect the key. She also let me know that the studio was ready ahead of schedule, which was a bonus. Now, let's talk about the heating because OMG, it was amazing! With the weather getting colder, I was so pleased that there were no issues with the boiler or keeping the studio warm. Chanel did mention that the studio gets very hot, and she certainly wasn't wrong! I was able to adjust the heating to my preferred temperature and make myself feel lovely and snug. The shower and toilet facilities were also good, clean and perfectly suitable for my stay. For those who drive, parking is available either directly outside the studio or across the road, which is where I parked. Like many of the residents in the area, I parked partially on the kerb, making sure not to block anyone's driveway or cause an obstruction. My car was absolutely fine throughout my stay, and I had no issues. In terms of local amenities, there are shops approximately 5–10 minutes away on foot. Alternatively, if you fancy getting your steps in, Tesco is around a 20–25-minute walk away. Overall, I had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. The studio had everything I needed, the heating was a dream, and the location was ideal for travelling to and from work without any hassle. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking for a comfortable, cosy and convenient place to stay. + hot water, fridge, kettle, quiet location, somewhere to put my bike, black out blinds. no sign of owners and key was in the keysafe so i could just let myself in. the place was clean.

+ Easy to book, easy to access cheap.
− Not very clean no bed side lights, no tea or coffee horrible grubby towels, looked very basic, not even a picture on the wall. Sheet on bed inside out. Felt a little unloved.
