+ Great location, really beautiful old converted cotton mill. Well appointed, everything we needed to the point of decorated like you would at home. Spotlessly clean with some lovely touches such as packs of cards, a scented candle and coffee pods. Some building work still going on but absolutely did not affect our stay, if anything the builders held doors open, recommended places to go - great to speak to a local before we headed out. - I did have a little confusion checking in, the direction of “go back to brown double doors” after we retrieved the key from the lock box had us walking out and back the main entrance as they are brown double doors (the ones you mean are more grey than brown), a small suggestion of “enter this password in the entry panel next to key retrieval boxes to open double doors - your apartment number is XX” would have been more relevant. We had extended to add an extra night as we decided to come a day early, unable to extend contacting property and advised do a separate booking and despite messaging both bookings to ask them to be linked to save housekeeping etc I still had a call asking if I had checked out, when I explained to the call handler, there seemed to be confusion and a language barrier which affected understanding and they had to go away and call me back to confirm. - The outside view was an abandoned building, like in a basement. One used toilet paper for 3 nights. The host refused to help when called. Bed sheets and pillow cases were used.
