- The air conditioners were not managing to keep the area cold due to very hot weather, especially in the bedroom upstairs. Cleanliness could have been better, both in the apartment and pool. - The bedroom has no window, but for a short stay not a problem. Its more an information. We stayed just one night, I suppose the outside would look a bit different for a longer stay, there where no pillows on the sofa. The bedroom has no window, but for a short stay not a problem. + Amazing host, Fausto was very helpful and provided all information about the place. The kids (4yo and 8yo) loved the swimming pool and the house. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 air conditioning in the bedroom, kitchen/main room, and upstairs ! Very helpful with the hot days. Place is 20 minutes to Montepulciano/ Pienza. 1 hour to Sienna and 1h30 to Florence. It's in the border of Umbria and Tuscany - near a really nice lake. We spent 4 nights and could not be more happy. Very relaxing place to spend summer holidays.
