+ + Excellent communication from Alla before and during our stay, including advice on parking and local restaurant recommendations. She was so kind and accommodating of our requests and questions. + Very central location in Marina di Pisa, just a short walk from all the waterfront bars and restaurants. + Lovely sea view, across the street, from our bedroom window. + Roadside parking available just outside the apartment, which was very convenient. Alla advised us on where to park for free and met us on our arrival. + Room was simple but more than satisfactory for our short 1 night stay. − It would be nice to have mosquito screens on the windows, as there are quite a lot of mosquitoes. The room entrance door could have better sound insulation.
