- I travel frequently and often stay in accommodations at a similar price range, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. 1. The kitchen and bathroom are right next to each other, and the bathroom door does not close properly, so you end up cooking while facing the toilet. 2. There is no place at all to hang clothes. 3. The mattress is as uncomfortable as a cheap sofa bed mattress. 4. The bathroom sink does not drain. 5. It was stated that salt and oil would be provided, but I could not find them. 6. The dishes were so old and unclean that they were unusable. 7. The host asked us to remove all the duvet cover and pillow covers at check-out, which is something I have never experienced outside of a campsite. 8. The balcony was so dirty that it was unusable. 9. The property is located deep inside the old town, with extremely narrow alleys, making access and parking very difficult. Larger vehicles would struggle significantly. Overall, this accommodation made me forget that I was even in France, and not in a good way. Considering the condition, I believe a fair price would be around €50 per night. + Hyper bien placé dans le centre de Digne les bains, et surtout un grand parking sécurisé à disposition couvert et fermé, super pratique ! Très silencieux aussi, côté cours, on a pu dormir la fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit. Le propriétaire nous a envoyé les instructions dans les 3 minutes qui ont suivi notre demande par texto.
