+ The apartment is central, very close to the train station and quiet. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is central, very close to the train station and quiet. Everything is within walking distance.
- Contrary to what is written the apartment is not managed by a private person but an agency called Qit Concierge. The toilet didn't flush. We tried leaving a phone message for the "owner" who did not reply to us the entire three days we were there. A Monsieur Fabien of Qit Concierge did, however send a message the last day asking up to confirm our departure in writing. This would be a nice accommodation but it is neglected. The place appeared shoddy. It was nearly impossible to pull up the bathtub plug without a knife (which was a problem as there was no cutlery in the kitchen). The click clac sofa just had a blanket cover and the sofa didn't stay in place so it was hard to sit without it giving way. We booked three months in advance and received the keylock code immediately. When we arrived the code had not been changed, although others had stayed there. The bedroom faces onto a courtyard, and we were bitten up by unidentifiable insects. It needs screens. + En plein centre ville mais au calme. Spacieux et grand. Propre et agréable. Bonne literie. Des rangements. La machine à laver dans la salle de bains pratique pour poser ses affaires et évidemment pour celles et ceux qui ont besoin de laver le linge ;) Cuisine équipée : cafetière avec des dosettes, bouilloire et sachets de thé. Frigo et lave vaisselle, micro-ondes. Je n’ai pas cuisiné, ne peux donc pas évaluer ce point. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

+ Propre, Spacieux.Emplacement au centre ville .Silencieux. Petit prix.
− Décoration générale vieillissante. Petit matériel de table négligé ( couverts non assorti, gobelets plastique, tasse ébréché etc...) absence de table et Fer à repasser.
