- Arrival was very stressful, partly due to pure bad luck. We had to pick up the keycard from a hotel next to the Mezquita. The hotel said we could park our car outside it for a few minutes, but as a parade was imminent the police told us to move and blocked the street before we could go, resulting in a stressful detour through crowds of pedestrians. Then, the underground car park is on a very narrow street and we had to reverse down the ramp as we could not see how to turn forward from the street into the ramp. + Everything about this property is a hit - the location is a minute walk from the Roman bridge and 7 min walk from the biggest attractions - La Mezquita. The place is modern, clean, comfortable and as well as the bed and the sofa are very comfortable to sleep on. The place is quite big, there is free water waiting for you and some tea and coffee. There is shampoo, hair dryer and kitchen staff for some basic cooking, also a microwave. - While the place is totally worth it, the check in process and parking is a bit of a bumpy process. The property communicating to check-in at the reception of the hotel which is right in the centre next to Mezquita (around 8min from the apartment itself) - but if you are coming by car getting permission to drive in and parking to get out of the car is not the greatest (it is crowded and there is nowhere to leave the car next to the hotel). On the other hand, there is no private parking at the property - but if you are lucky you can catch a place at the street (outside of the actual accommodation building). What we did was we left the car at the free parking around 400m from the apartment, walked to the reception of the hotel to pick up the key, checked in and re-parked the car close to the apartment later on. My advice would be to just create a self-check-in box so there is less hustle. While the place is totally worth it, the check in process and parking is a bit of a bumpy process.
