+ Our group of 21 had an excellent stay at this very well-maintained property in Rosignano Marittimo. The extensive grounds surrounding the villa offer complete privacy and provide a relaxing setting, with green lawns, olive trees and plenty of shaded outdoor areas to sit and unwind. Beyond the beautiful scenery, it comes with an exceptional range of amenities for a large group, including a huge pool, outdoor kitchen, billiard table, 15-seat cinema room, and a fantastic football and tennis court with professional lighting. There is plenty to do at the villa, even when spending the whole day on the property. For our group, the villa was the ideal home base for experiencing Tuscany. Beautiful beaches like Cala del Leone and Tuscan gems such as Bolgheri, Volterra and Florence are all easily accessible by rental car, making it easy to combine relaxing at the villa with exploring the region. Tiziana, our host, was very kind, responsive and always happy to help whenever we needed anything, including with short-term requests during our stay. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this villa, particularly for large group. + We were a two family group of 13 adults , 4 children and a dog from the UK Lovely villa, fantastic pool and outdoor facilities, including BBQ and outside cooker. We spent most time outside on the patio and swimming pool. There was limited Air Con within the villa, however with doors and windows open, a cooling breeeze could be had throughout. Tiziana the host was extremeley helpful and when we had an issues with lack of cooling fans, a bed and plug adapters (Which were 3 pin unlike the UK ones) she went above and beyond to assist. Tiziana also arranged a meal for the first night with complimentary local wines and later in the week with take away Pizzas. We communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate owing to our lack of the Italian language and Tiziana's lack of English. The pool was superb and safe for the children with plenty of loungers, parasols and chairs. - An absolutely lovely place and with a bit of tinkering could be even better. Minor gripes were things like the plates to big for the dishwasher (For which we had to put Rinse Aid and salt in ourselves) and the kitchen in general too small for the amount of guests. The Wi Fi was virtually non existant and because of the rural location a few members of the party on certain networks struggled to get Data Roaming. The bin situation was frustrating as a lot of guests generate a lot of rubbish. The bins although had glass, paper, organic etc. would fill up quickly and it wasnt clear what to do once full. However overall we had a fantastic time and thanks to Tiziana for making it a wonderful stay An absolutely lovely place and with a bit of tinkering could be even better. + La casa es lo suficientemente grande para estar 20 personas muy bien. Una buena nevera. Mesa de comedor excelente. Habitaciones y aseos correctos. Todo bien limpio. La anfitriona estuvo muy pendiente en todo momento para que estuviéramos a gusto. Pillamos unos días con alerta roja, cortes de luz y agua, y aun así, lo pasamos de maravilla.
− La verdad es que no hubo nada malo, lo único mejorable es el ancho de banda de internet y tener un solo horno. Al ser tanta gente se queda un poco justo.
